AgEmployment is the online job board for agriculture: farm, ranch and food-system work, and the people who do it. Employers post a job, candidates post a CV, and the hire happens handshake to handshake — neighbor to neighbor.

What we show

The board covers the whole stable of agricultural work: crop and field work, livestock and herd care, machinery and equipment operation, greenhouses and nurseries, harvest crews, and food-system and processing roles. Every listing on this demo board is fictional — a demonstration of how real work would be posted and found.

How it works

• Employers post a job — describe the role, the region and the wage, and post it to the right trade in under a minute.
• Candidates post a CV — show what you can drive, milk and grow, and get found by the right farm.
• Handshake to handshake — employer and worker settle pay and start dates between themselves. AgEmployment never touches your money; the board is just the meeting barn.

A demo, honestly labeled

AgEmployment is a demonstration site. Every job ad and CV shown here is fictional. Listings you post are saved only in your own browser (localStorage) and are never transmitted. Your account details, on the other hand, are real: they are stored in our database so you can sign in — see our Privacy Policy for exactly what we keep and why.
