Privacy Policy

This policy explains what AgEmployment.com stores about you and why. Short version: your demo listings never leave your browser, and your account record stays in our own database — no trackers, no ad networks, no selling of anything.

What we collect

• Account data: when you register we store your email address, first and last name, chosen password (as a salted hash, never in clear text), country and state, and the registration date.
• Session: after sign-in we set one encrypted, HTTP-only session cookie in your browser so we remember you for 30 days. It is signed with our server secret and cannot be read or forged by anyone else.
• Your browser storage: theme preferences and any job ads or CVs you post are saved only in your own browser (localStorage) and are never transmitted to us.

Why we keep it

Your account data exists for exactly one purpose: to let you sign in to your account on this site and the partner network — nothing else, and in particular never for advertising or profiling. We verify your email with a one-time code so accounts cannot be created with addresses that aren't real.

Who else sees it

Your account record lives in our own database on the network's shared infrastructure. The email and name on your profile are readable by the operator when serving the network's sites (for example, a registered email is recognised at sign-in). No third-party analytics, trackers or ad scripts ever read your data or run on these pages.

Your rights

You can clear your own demo data yourself — clearing your browser storage deletes every job ad, CV and preference stored on your device. To correct or delete your account record, or to learn more about what we store, submit a request through our contact form. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.
